About the Fearless Coaching
My mission is simple: to help everyday people become fearless so they can take control of their lives with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
I’ve been where you are. Facing uncertainty, setbacks, and the hardest part of all: getting started. I transformed my own life by losing over 60 pounds, running marathons, competing in bodybuilding, and completing triathlons. Now, I help others do the same. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back on track, or feeling stuck and unsure of your next step, I provide the structure, support, and tools needed to transform your mindset, health, and fitness.
I offer comprehensive coaching that goes far beyond workouts. My approach blends customized training programs, habit-based nutrition guidance, daily accountability, and mindset support to create real, lasting transformation.
I also lead a beginner-friendly, slow-paced run club in Austin, Texas, built for those starting their fitness journey and looking for community, confidence, and support along the way.
